Project participation is carried out by us through various individual concepts and at all levels, and we always try to involve local companies - whether for construction or just mowing work - in order to also generate local income in the region. Local residents can also participate in specific concepts that are customised for the local community. After all, it is local communities in particular that should benefit from the energy transition.

BENEFITS FOR LANDOWNERS AND PROPERTY OWNERS
With us, you have a reliable and genuine partner at your side for the operation of a solar power plant on your land. As the owner, you benefit from a fixed lease for around 30 years and do not have to worry about permits and project planning, or the operation and maintenance of the project.
The expansion of renewable energies, and in particular the installation of solar power plants on open spaces, helps the environment in two ways: We generate sustainable energy and reduce our carbon footprint and our dependence on fossil fuels - and we increase biodiversity by creating new habitats for insects, birds, and other animals.
During the operating time of the solar power plant, the soil of the area can recover from the intensive agricultural use of the past decades. There is no artificial addition of nutrients, pesticides, or insecticides. Likewise, any nitrate input into the groundwater through liquid manure and other fertilisers is suspended for this period.
In this way, significant amounts of polluting substances in soil and groundwater are completely eliminated, allowing vital soil life to recover and re-establish itself, and the biodiversity of small animals or rarer plants to increase significantly.
The absence of pesticides and fungicides also protects insects and wild bees from poisoning. Thus, wild herbs and flowers on the site of the solar plant, which flower throughout the year, always provide a sufficient supply of food during the flying season.
The resulting natural repopulation of insects and wild bees is a big plus, especially for the surrounding flora and fauna, because they also fly to the area around the solar installation and have a positive effect on the local ecosystem. Furthermore, the fenced area can provide beekeepers with a safe location for their bee colonies.
Photovoltaics is one of the most important drivers of the energy transition. Every individual, in every local community and every municipality who supports a solar power plant makes a major contribution to the energy transition and our common global goal of climate neutrality.
